Responsibilities

• Attend weekday classes in Midrand
• Participate in cybersecurity and technical skills training
• Complete workplace learning and practical exposure
• Engage in collaborative technology projects
• Develop workplace readiness and soft skills
• Participate in mentoring and continuous learning activities

Qualifications

• South African citizen
• Between 18 and 34 years old
• Must be unemployed
• Must not be enrolled in another learnership or full-time studies
• Grade 12 certificate with English and Mathematics
• National Diploma in IT NQF Level 5
• Further Education and Training Certificate in IT: Technical Support Level 4
• Basic understanding of IT concepts including networking, hardware, and operating systems
• Clear criminal record
• Cybersecurity certifications and CompTIA A+ or N+ certifications are advantageous
